I am writing to compliment you Paul on the diligent professional services provided by yourself at PB Pest Control & Management. I have until now found it is always very easy to take for granted services, that if nothing ever goes wrong, then it is due to there not being any issues in the first place. In retrospect, I would like to take the time to acknowledge your personal commitment at PB Pest Control & Management, of knowledge you have brought to our company and the customer service that PB Pest Control & Management has provided in preventing us from having issues in the first place.
Suffice to say that when the monthly alternate pest controller contractors visit with shiny brochures and promise to do everything better than wonderful. I am never tempted to change service provider.
